At Landscape Associates we specialize in "Outdoor Living Spaces" and we are dedicated to quality and craftsmanship. Our objective is to work with you to create a landscape design that suits you and your family's needs and lifestyle. Initial Consultation
Our first site visit will be to meet and discuss your needs and desires for your project.
Assess and evaluate the site to determine existing elements such as architecture, privacy issues, walks, fences, and surroundings that will have an affect on the overall plan.
Inventory site conditions which will influence choices in materials, such as
Topography, sun, shade, drainage, soil quality, and wind.
Obtain a plat of survey, measure to create a baseline plot, and take photos for design study.
Make and discuss general ideas with regards to use of space, maintenance requirements, accessibility, and budget.
Preliminary Design
The designer will make a preliminary drawing to show use of space, position and placement of architectural elements such as walkways, patios, fire pits, columns, and seat walls. The choice and placement of plant material for the specific site conditions, environment, and desired affect. And lighting to accent the overall plan.
Provide samples and photos of materials chosen and specified in the design.
Discuss preliminary design with the client and get feedback.
Review estimate for the project as designed.
